The wearable, waterproof Walkman W273 MP3 player from Sony

At the CES 2013 in Las Vegas Sony unveiled the wearable and waterproof new Walkman NWZ-W273 MP3 player, the first ever Walkman from Sony that resists water down to a depth of 2m. With no wires to worry about, Walkman won’t slow you down with dangling cables while you’re in the pool or moving to the music. You don’t even need to attach the all-in-one player to clothing or goggles. The stylish, ergonomic design features securely-fitting earphones with a selection of earbud sizes to choose from, for maximum comfort and confidence during perspiration-drenched workouts.

When you’re done, keep on listening during that post-exercise shower – or simply give Walkman W273 a rinse in running water to keep all clean and fresh. 4GB memory gives plenty of space to load up with your favourite songs. Compatibility with iTunes simplifies hassle-free transfer of all your favourite tracks and workout playlists.

New Walkman W270 is big on stamina, too. A quick 3-minute charge – just long enough to slip into your gym kit – provides power for 60 minutes of listening time. A fully-charged battery gives up to 8 hours of uninterrupted listening, plenty for the longest workout. The wearable, waterproof Walkman W273 MP3 player from Sony will be available across Europe from February 2013.
